lamb meat

1 clove

garlic

1/3

red onion

1 tbsp

fresh mint, chopped

1 tbsp

fresh basil, chopped

1/3

cumin

1/3 tsp

salt

1/3 tsp

black pepper

1/3 tsp

cinnamon

1 tbsp

olive oil

Step by step

  1. Attach the Food Grinder Attachment fitted with the Fine Plate to a stand mixer.

  2. Pull Speed Control Lever to 2 and start grinding the meat, garlic and onion into the bowl of a stand mixer.

  3. Attach a Flat Beater to the stand mixer and on speed 2 mix together with the dried spices and chopped fresh herbs.

  4. Form patties with your hands.

  5. Add olive oil to a skillet. Bake the burgers for 5 minutes, turning them regularly.
