Ingredients

300 g

pecans

1 tsp

vanilla extract

1 tbsp

maple syrup

1 tsp

sea salt

1 tbsp

cocoa powder

Step by step

  1. Place the pecans on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in a 180°C preheated oven for 8 minutes. Let cool off for 2 minutes and transfer to the jug of the food processor.

  2. Turn the food processor to speed 2 and mix until nuts turn into meal. Continue to Pulse for about 3 minutes until the mixture turns into creamy nut butter. Scrape down sides as needed.
