Step by step

  1. Roughly chop the garlic, red onion and jalapeño pepper.

  2. Add them to the Food Processor fitted with a multi-purpose blade. Pulse 3 times until the they are finely chopped.

  3. Roughly chop the tomatoes and add to the Food Processor. Pulse until there are no large chunks left.

  4. Add a handful of cilantro leaves, squeeze out the juice of a lime and add the salt. Pulse again for 5 seconds.

  5. Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and store in fridge.
