Pistachio milk
This easy pistachio milk has a rich and delicate taste.

pistachio nuts
1/2 l
water (+ extra for soaking)
1 tbsp
maple syrup
1/8 tsp
salt
Step by step
Soak the pistachio nuts for at least 4 hours.
Strain and add the nuts and the water to the KitchenAid K400 blender.
Mix on speed 5 until a smooth liquid forms. Add the maple syrup and salt and mix until combined.
Strain the pistachio milk through a cheesecloth.
