Step by step
Add the oats to the jug of the blender and blend on speed 5 until the oats have turned into flour.
Add the flour, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, vanilla essence, milk, egg, brown sugar and pumpkin puree. Blend on speed 3 until a homogenous batter forms.
Heat a non-stick pan and add 1 ladle of the batter. Bake until small bubbles form at the surface then flip the pancake. Bake for another minute. Serve immediately.
