butter, room temperature

200 g

radishes

coarse salt

Step by step

  1. Was the radishes and cut of the greens. Place them in the jug of the food processor and finely chop on speed 2.

  2. Use a cheesecloth or clean towel wring out the liquid from the chopped radishes.

  3. Fold the radishes and salt in the butter. Tightly roll the butter in cling film and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
