This raspberry vinaigrette with a fruity flavor and a tang is perfect with a spring of summer salad.

raspberries

100 ml

olive oil

75 ml

apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp

honey

1,5 tsp

dijon mustard

1/4 tsp

salt

1/8 tsp

pepper

shallot

Step by step

  1. Place the raspberries, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper in the jug of a K150 blender.

  2. Peel and chop the shallot. Add to the blender.

  3. Mix on speed 3 till smooth. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge up to a week.
