Step by step
Add flour, salt, yeast and sourdough started to the Baking Bowl fitted with the Dough Hook.
Mix on speed 1 and slowly stream in the water. Mix until a firm, smooth and elastic dough forms.
Shape the dough into a ball, place in the Baking Bowl and cover with the Lid. Let rest for at least 3 hours.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Shape the bread by folding the sides of the dough onto itself.
Place on a baking paper lined Baking Lid and cover with the Baking Bowl. Let proof for at leas 2 hours.
Score the bread and bake for 35 minutes in a 230° preheated oven. Remove the Baking Bowl after 35 minutes and bake for 10 more until a golden crust appears.
