Spiced apple muffins

Step by step
Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt to the Sifter + Scale attachment and sift into a bowl.
Combine all the spices and add to the flour mixture. Add the dark sugar, eggs and browned butter.
Mix on speed 1 until a batter forms. Add the sliced apples and mix briefly.
Fill the muffin cups with the batter and top off with some apple slices and oatmeal. Bake 25 minutes at 185°C.
