160 g

oat

60 ml

maple syrup

13 g

coconut oil, melted

6

apple

3 tsp

cinnamon

600 g

Step by step

  1. To make toasted oats, place oats, maple syrup and melted coconut oil in a bowl. Mix together and transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake at 150°C for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool.

  2. Attach the Spiralizer to the KitchenAid Stand Mixer. Center the apple on the fruit and vegetable skewer. Attach the medium spiralizing blade. Place a bowl under the spiralizer then turn the speed to 6 to spiralize the apples.

  3. Add the cinnamon to the apples and toss to combine. Add Greek yoghurt on the plates, add some toasted oats and finish off with one spiralized apple per plate.
