Toasted Brioche with Pistachio Spread

Revive brioche bread by toasting it lightly. In the meantime, whip together a sumptuous white chocolate pistachio spread.

white chocolate

slices brioche bread, the bread can be slightly stale

Step by step

  1. Add the pistachios, white chocolate, salt, and vanilla extract to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the jug if necessary until a smooth paste forms.

  2. Insert the slices brioche bread into the toaster, select the desired level of browness and press the Toast Button.

  3. Spread the pistachio butter over the warm bread. Store the rest of the spread in a sealable jar at room temperature.
