Step by step
Boil 1,2l water to 100°C. Put tea bags in a teapot. Add hibiscus to the tea egg and place in the teapot. Pour the water in the teapot and let steep for 5 minutes. Discard the tea bags and remove the tea egg from the tea pot and let the tea cool completely. Transfer to a jug.
Slice the blood orange and add to the jug.
Slice the strawberries and add to jug. Add red fruit and fresh mint. Chill for 3 hours and serve over ice.
