What if I'm not home for the delivery?

It's not always possible to be in when your items are delivered. We understand that life is busy. Find out what happens...

As soon as we dispatch your order from our KitchenAid warehouse, we'll email to let you know. This email will give you the shipping information, the parcel number and a hyperlink to track the item on the shipping company's site. It will be a 'signed-for' delivery which means someone must confirm it has arrived.

Who can sign for my KitchenAid parcel?

If you will not be available, you can ask anyone of legal age to represent you. If no one will be at the delivery address, you will be asked to contact our delivery service to set a new delivery date.
