KitchenAid recommends Speed 2, the Preset Speed feature allows you to click directly into the specific speed required.

In addition, KitchenAid offers 10+ attachments to enable you to do even more with your Stand Mixer. Each of our attachments have a recommended speed for best results, the Preset speed control enables you to click directly to the desired speed.

The Precision Mode allows for finer, more gradual adjustments. This is especially beneficial for delicate tasks such as gently incorporating ingredients, folding, or slowly adding liquids to ensure smooth blending without splashing.
