chia seeds

250 ml

almond milk

25 ml

maple syrup

1/2 tsp

vanilla extract

1 tbsp (+ extra for serving)

peanut butter

1/8

salt

2 tbsp

cocoa powder

Step by step

  1. Put the chia seeds in the jug of the KitchenAid K400 blender. Mix on speed 5 for 10 seconds until the seeds turn into a powder.

  2. Add the almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, peanut butter, salt and cocoa powder.

  3. Mix on speed 5 for 1 minute until the pudding is smooth. Serve immediately or let firm up in the fridge for 2 hours.
