What are the delivery options and costs?

When you shop with KitchenAid online, you have some options about how we send the package to you. See the delivery options...

The cost of shipping depends on the destination and on your selected shipping method. These costs will be indicated separately in your virtual shopping cart — this way there are no surprises in the end. You can choose between "standard" (less expensive but slower and no guaranteed date of delivery) and "express" (faster and with a guaranteed date of delivery) rate.

KitchenAid offers the following shipping methods for the United Kingdom:

You can see current delivery times displayed on the product pages and when you reach the checkout page. These are live updated and can fluctuate, depending on holiday periods (such as Christmas) or sales periods (such as Black Friday).

Note: Care of PO Box addresses and military APO addresses are not accepted. We can deliver across the UK from our website except for the ‘Isle of Man’ or the ‘Channel Islands’.

Saturday delivery is only possible in Belgium and in France. As for the other countries, we are able to provide for delivery from Monday till Friday, except for bank holidays.
