What happens if there's a delay in delivery?

Occasionally, there may be circumstances which lead to a delayed delivery. We apologise if this happens. Here's what to do...

If there is a delay due to unforeseen circumstances or events, we are sorry for the inconvenience and will keep you informed via email to let you know a new estimated delivery date.

As soon as we ship the goods from our KitchenAid warehouse, we will send you an email with the shipping information of your parcel, the parcel number and a hyperlink to track the parcel on the shipper's website. On that shipping company site, you can find contact information of the shipper.

If your package is not delivered as expected, please get in touch with us on email. If you don't receive any item you ordered within 30 days of the date of the shipping notification email, you'll have the option to cancel your order and request a full refund.
