Do I need to keep my invoice?

If you've received your purchase and are happy with it, it may be tempting to delete the invoice. But please don't! Here's why...

Please make sure you keep a copy of the invoice you received in your email, as it's proof of the guarantee on your product. The guarantee is important, in case you need to have your product repaired or replaced free of charge and the damage is covered by the warranty conditions.

Haven’t received the invoice yet, even after your package was delivered?

Please first check your trash/spam folder to make sure the email hasn't accidentally gone into there. If it's not there, then please contact our Customer Service team by email on contact.webshop@kitchenaid.com or by phone on 00800 381 04026. It's a toll free number and service will be provided to you in local language (Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.).

Your invoice will also be available in My Account

If you have set up ‘My Account’, then you can download a copy of your invoice there. However, if you placed the order very recently, please wait until it’s shipped for the invoice to be available.

What are the benefits of 'My Account'?

You don't have to set up a ‘My Account’ on our website when placing an order, but it makes it easier to:

  • View all your details
  • Find your order history
  • Save multiple addresses
  • Quickly order with partly pre-filled forms
  • Download your invoice
  • Follow the status of your order.
