Once you've checked out with your new purchase, you will get an order confirmation in your email box within about 10 minutes. However, the invoice for your online purchase will be sent to you by email after your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse.
Haven’t received the invoice yet, even after your package was delivered?
Please first check your trash/spam folder to make sure the email hasn't accidentally gone into there. If it's not there, then please contact our Customer Service team by email on firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 00800 381 04026. It's a toll free number and service will be provided to you in local language (Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.).
Your invoice will also be available in My Account
If you have set up ‘My Account’, then you can download a copy of your invoice there. However, if you placed the order very recently, please wait until it’s shipped for the invoice to be available.
