Which products can't be returned?

You may decide you'd like to return an item to KitchenAid. Find out whether there are any products that you cannot return to us. Check here...

Are you wondering whether you can return your item to us? Check below for the exceptions:

1. Return requests more than 14 days after delivery

If you request a return more than 14 calendar days of the original delivery date, they will not be accepted.

2. Items that are incomplete or damaged in transit

If the items you return to us are incomplete, damaged, or soiled, they will not be refunded. Items returned to KitchenAid must include the product, any accessories, instructions, guarantee, etc. in their original packaging. Please take care to pack up your items with care and add outer protective packaging where necessary to keep them safe on the journey.

3. Personalised items made for you

Personalised products, such as engraved mixers, cannot be returned, because they have been created especially for you. The only exception is for technical defects, as stated by the guarantee.
