Make your own vegan seasoning in a food blender to spice up your meals.
Try 3/4 cup of cashews, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 cup of nutritional yeast, 1 tsp mustard seeds, salt and pepper to taste. We like to add a bit of cumin too.
Grind at a low speed into the consistency of parmesan cheese.
Soup? Yes! Smoothies? Of course. But you can go much further too. Lots of foods will surprise you by being better in a blender, from peanut butter and pizza sauce to whipped cream, scrambled eggs and refried beans. Even lemonade. So have fun with it.
