This mayonnaise is delicious and easy to make with your stand mixer!

Ingredients

2 tbsp

egg yolks

2 tbsp

dijon mustard

2 tbsp

vinegar

470 ml

sunflower oil

1/2 tsp

salt

1/4 tsp

pepper

Step by step

  1. Place the egg yolks in a bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the Mixer Whisk. Add the dijon mustard, vinegar and lemon juice. Mix on speed 10 until frothy.

  2. While the mixer is running, start adding the sunflower oil by adding just a few drops of the oil in the bowl at first. Add a few more drops and check the consistency. When the mixture has thickened slighlty, slowly stream in the rest of the oil. Mix until creamy consistency.

  3. Add salt and pepper and mix to combine. Use immediately or keep refrigerated for up to 4 days.
