Do I have to pay to return a product?

If you want to return an item to KitchenAid within 14 days of delivery, you don't need to pay for postage. Find out how to works here...

You don't have to worry about paying for returns. Once our team has received your return request, you'll receive a UPS email with a link to generate a pre-filled, prepaid shipping label.
