My online payment failed but the money was debited?

If your online purchase payment was unsuccessful, but the money has been deducted from your account, get in touch. Here are the details...

If you can see money has gone from your bank account, but you didn't get an order confirmation then we advise you to NOT attempt another purchase.

We will be happy to sort out the order for you and make sure you haven't been charged in error.
