You can only exchange a KitchenAid product if you received a faulty or incorrect product. If this is the case, then we will happily replace it for you, or give you a refund - whichever you prefer.
If you've simply changed your mind or would like a different product, you are welcome to return your item for a refund and then purchase the preferred option.
